Food and Beverage Manitoba

The Food and Beverage Manitoba is a non-profit organization that promotes Manitoba-made food products to local and international markets. The Association serves more than 260 member companies ranging from small, start-up operations to large multi-nationals. Food and Beverage Manitoba membership includes Manitoba growers, processors, marketing boards, government agencies, retailers, and industry suppliers. Food and Beverage Manitoba also supports its members by: providing current information on industry best practices, coordinating skills training initiatives, delivering sales and marketing programs, image building, and development, networking, and advocacy with government agencies.

As the largest manufacturing sector in this province, Manitoba’s food processing industry employs over 10,000 workers in a wide range of occupations. From manufacturing jobs and production line work to operations management, research and development, marketing, logistics management and procurement – the food processing sector offers a variety of rewarding careers.
