Career Profile - Team Supervisor
Becoming a leader in the customer contact business fits Canada Drugs Contact Center Team Supervisor, Jeff Hildebrand just fine.
“I lead a team of 20 Patient Service Representatives and am responsible for coaching staff to provide excellent customer service,” said Hildebrand. His duties include setting clear expectations, maintaining the payroll, and training customer service agents to become future leaders.
“My career started at Convergys and after that worked in technical support for a commercial high speed internet provider in the U.S.,” said Hildebrand. “It was during this project that I decided to pursue a career in the Contact Center industry. I owe a lot to my supervisors, Lisa Dabrowski and Scott Forrest, for their support and encouragement,” he added.
Jeff says he enjoys helping people reach their career goals. “What I like best about my career is the interaction with people and helping them to maximize their performance.” Jeff has earned Supervisor of the Month on multiple occasions and was awarded Leader of the Year in 2014.
“My mother and father were great role models as both had an incredible work ethic and always treated people fairly,” said Hildebrand.
