Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA)

The Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) is a group of customer contact centre managers, directors and owners working together to promote the development and sustainability of a growing, healthy and dynamic contact centre industry. Careers in customer contact centres provide the opportunity to develop critical skills in communication, problem solving, customer service, technology, and to develop transferable skills needed for career advancement, while gaining a thorough knowledge of the respective organizations’ products and services.

MCCA member services include: career development, soft skills training, technology enhancement, recruitment strategies, networking at events, best practices and  sharing innovative ideas to further develop the industry.
